Terms & Conditions of velki123

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the velki123 platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you enter into a binding legal agreement with velki123 and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of velki123 after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. velki123 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and velki123.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to velki123 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

velki123 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming best practices. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued national ID card (NID) or passport
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Confirmation that the mobile wallet or bank account used for deposits is registered in your own name

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being declined and, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension pending further review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of velki123 — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming promotions — you must register a valid account through the official velki123 registration process.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide:

• A mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Your full legal name as it appears on your national ID
• Your date of birth (you must be 18 or older)
• A secure password of your choosing

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. velki123 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by a third party, contact support immediately at support@velki123.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active velki123 account. Opening additional accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. velki123's fraud detection systems continuously monitor for duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended and any bonus balances forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. velki123 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. Wagers placed and transactions completed while you are logged in are considered authorised by you. velki123 cannot reverse settled bets on the grounds that the account was accessed without your knowledge, unless there is clear evidence of a platform security breach on velki123's side.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

velki123 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.

4.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to someone other than the registered velki123 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended. Processing times for bKash and Nagad deposits are typically instantaneous; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the originating bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. velki123 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. velki123 may refuse a withdrawal request if:

• KYC verification has not been completed
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity on the account
• The account is currently under investigation
• Bonus wagering requirements attached to deposited funds have not been met
• The withdrawal destination account does not match the registered account holder's name

4.3 Currency

All transactions on velki123 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Players depositing via methods that operate in a different currency will have funds converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. velki123 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the real-money value of deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

velki123 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and seasonal rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both — as specified in the individual offer. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 of qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds.

5.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage (10%–50%) or zero. The contribution schedule for each active promotion is displayed on the promotion's individual terms page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus balance will be removed from the account. Real-money balances deposited by the player are not affected by bonus expiry.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud

velki123 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), and systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the associated account may be permanently closed.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

velki123 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated software: Bots, scripts, or any automated betting tools that place wagers without direct manual player input are forbidden.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix match outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, display errors, or pricing errors in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a clear error are void and will be reversed.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. velki123 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities investigating financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal (chargeback) with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited and used for wagering. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be suspended and the matter referred for recovery.
• Impersonation: Registering an account under another person's name, using another person's identity documents, or accessing another player's account without their explicit consent.

velki123 employs real-time monitoring across all wagering activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, velki123 may take any of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the account, void all affected wagers, forfeit bonus and real-money balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your velki123 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@velki123. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the payment method on file. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Closure by velki123

velki123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if any of the following apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Confirmed underage registration
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

In the event of closure for cause, velki123 will provide written notification via the registered email address explaining the grounds for closure. Real-money balances will be returned where there is no outstanding dispute, fraud investigation, or chargeback claim. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure for cause.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). velki123 will send a reminder notification to the registered email address 30 days before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the remaining real-money balance. The fee will not reduce the balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a nominal transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, velki123's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

velki123 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind
• Losses arising from platform downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events
• Incorrect information provided by the player during registration or KYC that results in a failed withdrawal
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their login credentials

8.1 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and velki123, you should first contact the support team at support@velki123 to seek an informal resolution. velki123 will acknowledge dispute notifications within 5 business days and aim to resolve all disputes within 28 days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through the informal process, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with the procedures communicated to you by the support team.

8.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and velki123 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
